Dan Smith is a California appellate attorney who represents consumers and employees in state and federal appellate courts. The California State Bar has qualified Dan as a Certified Appellate Specialist. In the 1970's Dan was involved in the re-election campaigns of United States Senators Alan Cranston and John Tunney. In 1961, Dan's mother Elizabeth Rudel Smith was appointed Treasurer of the United States by President John F. Kennedy.
